I am into making a quick and easy breakfast for my son, Sebastian, and I before we head out to work and school in the morning. We usually go for choices that pack in superfoods, protein and are light on the carbs and sugar. And then if you want to get creative each morning but still keep the base, throw in different fruits, seeds or nuts to mix it up. We never get bored with breakfast this way!
1 Cup ~ Trader Joe’s Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt – extra creamy and delicious – very high in protein!
